Lewte Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Lewte, SwipeScholar, our websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
The Platform is available only to individuals who are at least 16 years old. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 16 and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity occurring under your account.
4. Student Verification
Certain features require verification of your student status. You agree to provide accurate information and understand that access to discounts and rewards may be revoked if verification fails.
5. Platform Services
Lewte and SwipeScholar may include student discounts, rewards, scholarships, AI-powered educational tools, essay assistance, internship and job listings, financial education resources, employer connections, university partnerships, and additional services introduced in the future.
6. Rewards and Discounts
Rewards, points, discounts, and promotional offers have no cash value unless expressly stated. Lewte may modify, suspend, or discontinue offers at any time.
7. Scholarships
Lewte does not guarantee eligibility, selection, funding, or award of any scholarship. Scholarship providers are solely responsible for their programs.
8. AI Features
AI-generated responses, essay suggestions, and educational tools are provided for informational purposes only. Users are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before submitting it for academic or professional use.
9. Jobs and Internships
Lewte provides a platform connecting students and employers. Lewte is not an employer and does not guarantee employment, interviews, or job offers.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, submit false information, violate laws, interfere with security, scrape data, infringe intellectual property, or engage in fraudulent activity.
11. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit while granting Lewte a non-exclusive license to host, display, process, and use that content to operate the Platform.
12. Intellectual Property
All Platform software, branding, graphics, trademarks, text, and content owned by Lewte remain the exclusive property of Lewte or its licensors.
13. Third-Party Services
The Platform may link to third-party websites and services. Lewte is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
14. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is governed by the Lewte Privacy Policy.
15. Suspension and Termination
Lewte may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms the Platform or other users.
16. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lewte shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lewte and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
19. Changes
Lewte may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State designated by Lewte without regard to conflict of law principles.
